1. Bar Manager
The Bar Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for the entire beverage ecosystem. You will ensure that every cocktail served meets international standards while maintaining strict financial controls over high-value inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily bar operations and ensure the delivery of premium international-standard mixology.
- Financial Discipline: Manage inventory, minimize pilferage, and conduct rigorous monthly stock reconciliations.
- Team Development: Recruit and mentor bartenders, fostering a high-performance culture suited for a fast-paced beach club.
- Growth: Partner with marketing to execute beach parties, promotions, and exclusive events.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Certification in Hospitality or Mixology.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in an international-standard resort, lifestyle venue, or premium beach restaurant.
- Expertise: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and contemporary international cocktails.
2. Head Chef
The Head Chef works alongside the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen brigade. This role demands a balance between creative culinary design and the scientific management of food costs and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Innovation: Create cost-effective, trend-setting menus and seasonal specials.
- Kitchen Logistics: Optimize daily workflows and ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained at peak performance.
