- Supervisor: Oversees sales officers and foot soldiers, ensuring targets are met and providing on-the-job coaching.
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business + 2 years experience.
2. Sales & Distribution (Field-Based)
- Sales Officer: Responsible for opening new markets and maintaining customer relationships.
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Sales + 6 months experience.
- Foot Soldiers (Street Sales): Direct distribution and sales in assigned street areas.
- Qualification: Form Four (O-Level) + persuasion skills.
3. Operations & Logistics
- Production Workers: Involved in the actual brewing and packaging of alcoholic beverages.
- Qualification: Form Four (O-Level); shift-work readiness.
- Driver: Safe transportation of goods and staff.
- Qualification: Form Four + Valid Class D License + 1 year experience.
