Role Overview: Managing the Digital Gateway
As an Admission Officer II with a focus on Computer Science, you will ensure that the admissions systems are accurate, up-to-date, and capable of handling large-scale data for students across the country.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- System Management: Update academic programs within the centralized admissions systems and ensure digital guidelines are aligned with approved standards.
- Data Analytics: Supervise the maintenance of student admission statistics to provide insights into national enrollment trends.
- Information Curation: Compile and update digital and physical admissions guidebook information for public use.
- Operational Logistics: Coordinate the technical and logistical requirements for Joint Admission Meetings and stakeholder forums.
- Support Services: Provide technical and administrative assistance to applicants and institutions regarding the online admission process.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
NACTVET is looking for an organized professional who understands database logic and institutional workflows.
- Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a recognized and accredited higher learning institution.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data management and the ability to troubleshoot and update information within complex admissions software.
