NACTVET is currently seeking two (2) qualified Civil Engineering professionals to join their team as Admission Officer II.
In this specialized role, you will apply your technical engineering background to oversee and regulate the admission processes for Civil Engineering programs across the country’s technical and vocational institutions, ensuring they meet national quality standards.
Role Overview: Technical Admission Management
The Admission Officer II is the primary coordinator between NACTVET and technical institutions. You will ensure that every student enrolled in a Civil Engineering program meets the necessary prerequisites to guarantee a high standard of professional training.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Standards Regulation: Update admission requirements in alignment with approved national standards for engineering education.
- System Management: Update and maintain academic programs within the centralized admissions system.
- Statistical Oversight: Supervise the collection and maintenance of student admission statistics to track national enrollment trends.
- Strategic Planning: Prepare logistics for Joint Admission Meetings and coordinate with admission officers from technical colleges and vocational centers.
- Publications: Compile and update information for the official Admissions Guidebook.
- Client Support: Provide expert guidance and resolve technical inquiries from applicants and institutions regarding the admission process.

- Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and accredited higher learning institution.
