Role Overview: Data Integrity in Education
As an Examination Officer specializing in Statistics, you will be responsible for the quantitative validation of student performance data. You will ensure that GPA calculations, grading curves, and result processing meet the high standards required for national certification.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Data Verification: Receive and verify hard-copy results against digital uploads in the examination database to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Statistical Processing: Process large datasets of examination results to calculate and assign accurate Grade Point Averages (GPAs).
- Examination Logistics: Organize the technical phases of the NTA examinations, including the setting, moderation, marking, and grading processes.
- Database Stewardship: Maintain and secure databases containing verified results, issued certificates, and academic transcripts.
- Certification Support: Issue award evaluation forms and resolve technical issues related to certificates and transcripts.
- Client Relations: Provide professional assistance to institutions and students regarding examination-related concerns.
