Role Overview: Data-Driven Enrollment Management

The Admission Officer II (Statistics) is the custodian of enrollment data. You will be responsible for transforming raw applicant data into meaningful statistics that help NACTVET make informed decisions about technical education capacity and standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Statistical Oversight: Supervise the collection and maintenance of comprehensive student admission statistics across all technical levels.
  • System Integration: Update academic programs and admission requirements in the centralized system to reflect approved standards.
  • Information Design: Compile and update the official Admissions Guidebook, ensuring accurate data is available to the public.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Prepare technical logistics and data presentations for Joint Admission Meetings and forums with institutional admission officers.
  • Process Alignment: Review and update admissions requirements in accordance with the latest government and NACTVET guidelines.
  • Client Relations: Address admission-related inquiries from institutions, applicants, and the general public based on data and policy.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

NACTVET is looking for a professional who combines a strong mathematical background with organizational leadership.

  • Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from a recognized and accredited higher learning institution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of data management, statistical analysis software, and the ability to maintain clean, accurate databases.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex statistics into clear reports for non-technical stakeholders and institutional leaders.
  • Integrity: High level of professional ethics when handling sensitive student and institutional information.
