Mbali Mbali operates across Tanzania’s most unique ecosystems. The successful candidate could find themselves managing one of these world-class properties:
- Soroi Serengeti: High-end luxury featuring a three-tier deck and infinity pool overlooking the Musabi Plains.

Role Overview: Excellence in the Wilderness
The Lodge Manager is responsible for the total guest experience and the seamless operation of the lodge. Because these properties are located in remote areas, the role requires a unique blend of high-end hospitality skills and practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Serving as the primary host, ensuring personalized service and managing guest feedback with grace.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring and managing a diverse team of hospitality professionals, guides, and back-of-house staff.
- Operational Management: Overseeing housekeeping, F&B (Food and Beverage), and maintenance to ensure world-class standards are met daily.
- Logistics & Sustainability: Managing remote supply chains and ensuring the lodge adheres to its low-environmental footprint through solar power and waste management protocols.
- Safety & Security: Ensuring the safety of guests and staff in wild environments inhabited by large predators and primates.
