Available Positions and Key Requirements

1. Senior Mining Engineer (1 Position)

• The Role: Develop mine designs and tactical 1–5 year plans. You will optimize haul roads, ROM pads, and waste rock dumps (WRDs) while mentoring national junior engineers.
• Qualifications: BSc in Mining Engineering with 7+ years of open-pit production and planning experience.

2. Drill & Blast Engineer (2 Positions)

• The Role: Responsible for the safe execution of drill and blast activities. You will design patterns and initiation sequences while monitoring KPIs like powder factor and fragmentation.
• Qualifications: BSc in Mining Engineering and a mandatory Tanzanian Blasting Certification. Requires 3–7 years of experience and proficiency in software like BlastMap or SHOTPlus.

3. Geotech Engineer (2 Positions)

• The Role: Implement slope stability management and the Ground Control Management Plan (GCMP). You will advise on pit wall design and manage radar/prism survey data.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Geological, or Mining Engineering with 3–5 years of open-pit experience.

4. Mining Engineer (2 Positions)

• The Role: Prepare short-term schedules, pit designs, and dig plans. You will be the primary link in tracking “plan vs. actual” performance for tonnes and fleet productivity.
• Qualifications: BSc in Mining Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience and knowledge of CAD/GIS software.

5. Senior Mine Geologist (3 Positions)

• The Role: Lead daily Grade Control (GC) activities, block modeling, and operational reconciliation (GC model vs. plant feed).
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Geology with 7+ years of experience. Proficiency with Micromine and AcQuire is essential.

6. Mine Geologist (3 Positions)

• The Role: Conduct pit mapping, supervise RC grade control drilling, and prepare daily dig mark-ups for contractors.
