Level: Entry Level | Department: Sales & Operations

This role is the vital link between our clients and our technical development team. As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you will ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and that projects are delivered on time while driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing demos, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project timelines and documentation, flagging potential delays or risks to the technical team.
• Proposal Development: Prepare professional sales presentations, project scopes, and proposals for prospective clients.
• CRM Oversight: Maintain accurate data within the CRM and project management tools to track leads and project status.

Candidate Requirements

Realtech is looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer to help build, modify, and optimize our current suite of software projects. This role involves the full spectrum of development, from initial design and coding to system testing and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Write clean, scalable code and modify existing software to fix bugs or adapt to new hardware.
• System Design: Analyze user requirements to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications.
• Testing & Validation: Direct system testing procedures to ensure performance and security standards are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to understand technical limitations and optimize interfaces.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Java-Spring and AngularJS frameworks is highly preferred.
