Job Description
Care and Cure Health Centre is seeking qualified, motivated, and passionate healthcare professionals to join its clinical and technical teams. Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties will depend on the position applied for, but general responsibilities include:
- Providing safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards
- Conducting patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as applicable to the role
- Operating and maintaining medical equipment relevant to the assigned department
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participating in emergency care, on-call duties, and shift work where required
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives and infection prevention standards
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and their families
Job Requirements
All applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification for the applied position from a recognized institution
- Valid professional registration and license where applicable
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical, technical, and ethical competence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work under pressure and in shifts when required
