Available Positions

1. Security Guards – 200 Positions

Minimum Requirements:

• Education level: Form Four Certificate
• Age: 18 to 45 years
• Minimum height: 5 feet 6 inches (168 cm)
• Must be in good physical and mental health
• Must be a Tanzanian citizen
• Must have no criminal record
• Training certificate from JKT, Mgambo, Police, or
• Proven work experience in a recognized security company (certificate required)

2. Tender Documents Specialist – 2 Positions

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in tender preparation and management
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tender laws, regulations, and procurement procedures
• High level of computer literacy, including MS Office and electronic tendering systems
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills

3. Security Supervisors – 4 Positions

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field
• At least four (4) years’ experience as a security supervisor
• Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Training from JKT, Mgambo, Police, or
• Prior work experience in a recognized security company (certificate required)
• Ability to manage guard deployment, discipline, and reporting

4. Cleaning Supervisors – 2 Positions

Minimum Requirements:

• Recognized Cleaning or Facility Management Certificate
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in cleaning supervision
• Prior experience working with professional cleaning companies
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure hygiene standards
