Duties and Responsibilities

While specific duties vary based on the position, general expectations across the 90 roles include:

1. Technical & Construction Roles (e.g., Bricklayers, Masons, Welders, Carpenters, Scaffolders, Concrete Workers, Rebar Workers)

  • Execute construction activities in line with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Operate equipment, tools, and materials responsibly.
  • Follow instructions from site supervisors and engineers.
  • Perform skilled and unskilled labor as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at workstations.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and contribute to project progress.

2. Transportation & Logistics Roles (Truck Drivers, Tracking Officers, Shipping Line Assistants)

  • Safely transport goods and materials to designated locations.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with tracking shipments and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with road safety guidelines.

3. Engineering & Drilling Positions (Blasters, Drillers, Laboratory Engineers)

  • Operate drilling and blasting equipment under strict safety protocols.
  • Conduct site tests, measurements, and material quality assessments.
