List of Applicants Called for Interview – Health, Teachers, and Other Cadres | MDAs & LGAs 2025
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS), on behalf of various Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs) and Local Government Authorities (LGAs), has officially released the names of applicants shortlisted for interviews across different sectors including Health, Teaching, and several other professional cadres.
Applicants who applied for these government positions are hereby informed that the interview process is scheduled to take place from 13 December 2025 to 23 December 2025. After the interview process is completed, successful candidates will be posted to their respective duty stations.
Below are the full details, important instructions, and the official interview schedule.
Important Instructions for All Candidates
All candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview must carefully observe the following guidelines:
1. Mandatory Documents & Identification
Candidates must report to the interview venue with:
- A valid identification document (NIDA ID, Voter’s ID, Citizenship ID, Work ID, Driving License, Passport, or a Village/Street Government Introduction Letter).
- A face mask, as part of health and safety procedures.
2. Original Certificates Required
Candidates must bring original certificates, including:
- Birth certificate
- Academic certificates: Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Degree, or any qualification relevant to the applied position
- Professional registration certificates (where required)
⚠️ Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and Form IV/VI Result Slips are not accepted.
3. Own Interview Expenses
All costs related to transport, meals, and accommodation will be borne by the candidate.
4. Foreign Qualifications
Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA.
5. Professional Registration
For positions that require professional registration, candidates must bring their valid registration certificates and practice license.
6. Retrieve Your Exam Number
All candidates MUST log into their Ajira Portal accounts prior to the interview date to obtain and print their Exam/Test Number.
7. Name Discrepancies
Candidates with name differences in their documents must bring a certified Deed Poll as proof of legal name change.
