Eligibility Criteria for the World Press Institute Fellowship 2026

Professional Experience
- Must have five or more years of full-time experience in journalism.
- Eligible fields include print, broadcast, digital media, photography, and producing.
- Supervisors/editors may apply if they have worked directly in journalism for at least five years.
- University-level journalism experience does not count.
- Applicants working in public relations, corporate communications, or non-media roles are ineligible.
