5. Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales and Service Engineer Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day technical and customer service operations. Key tasks include:
- Assisting in installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery and power generation equipment.
- Participating in site visits, performing equipment diagnostics, and supporting fault-finding activities.
- Providing technical support to customers, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Preparing service reports, maintenance documentation, and job records as required.
- Supporting the sales team through technical demonstrations, equipment presentations, and preparation of quotations.
- Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction during every assignment.
6. Job Requirements
This position is open to fresh graduates from technical engineering fields. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong interest in technical work, machinery servicing, and industrial operations.
