Job Purpose
The Senior Specialist – Value Management will support the enhancement of corporate performance across CRDB Bank by coordinating key operational processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment. The role focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and improving business operations to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce complex processes, and strengthen the bank’s competitive capabilities.
This position ensures that all operational activities contribute effectively to CRDB’s long-term strategy, while enabling the bank to deliver consistent, high-quality services and maintain its position as a leading financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct bank-wide assessments to identify performance gaps, missed opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
- Analyze product and service performance against customer needs and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure corporate systems and processes operate efficiently and meet internal quality benchmarks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to uphold quality management standards and proactively address operational challenges.
- Align corporate operations with the bank’s strategic objectives to support compliance, performance, and business growth.
- Strengthen organizational capabilities by overseeing core operations management functions.
- Enhance customer experience by improving operational workflows and supporting growth initiatives.
- Integrate stakeholder needs—including employees, customers, regulators, and partners—into operational planning.
- Work closely with Human Resources to ensure recruitment and workforce planning support CRDB’s operational needs and sustainability goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Value Chain Management, Banking, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, or any related field.
Professional Skills & Advantages:
- Experience in project management and customer operations management.
- Professional certifications such as CPT(T), ACCA, Value Chain Management, or Project Management are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in:
- Business operations
- Value chain management
- Systems or process analysis
- Operating model design
- Research review and program development
- Banking operations (preferred)
- Proven record of contributing to organizational growth and delivering impactful business improvements.
- Familiarity with banking operations, value management principles, and customer operations.
- Proficiency in databases and project management systems.
- Experience using forecasting and analytical models.
