You will be responsible for accurately updating customer information, recording essential details, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and specialized collections software. Precision, organization, and consistency will be crucial to your daily performance.

This role requires individuals with exceptional telephone etiquette—people who can communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally. You must demonstrate strong persuasive negotiation skills, remain attentive during calls, and actively listen to customers to understand their concerns. Interns will regularly engage with customers experiencing payment difficulties.
