Job Description:
Khali Spirits Ltd, a fast-growing liquor manufacturing and distribution company in Tanzania, is seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join its Liquor Division. The selected candidates will play a key role in expanding market presence across Dar es Salaam and nearby regions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and supporting product distribution activities.

This role requires integrity, dedication, and a strong customer-focused attitude. Candidates with experience in liquor sales and distribution are highly preferred. A minimum of two years’ proven sales experience is required. Applicants with a valid Class A driving license and experience operating a tricycle (Guta/Bajaj) for deliveries will be prioritized.

Job Requirements:

• Background in liquor sales and distribution (strong advantage)
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience
• Valid Class A (or equivalent) driving license
• Experience operating a tricycle (Guta/Bajaj) for deliveries is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Honest, hardworking, and customer-focused
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Good understanding of the Tanzanian liquor market and related regulations
• Resilient, proactive, and skilled in customer engagement and problem resolution
