The Sales Executive will be a key contributor to the company’s revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, conducting in-depth prospecting, and developing solid sales pipelines. Core responsibilities include cold calling, conducting product presentations, executing field visits, and leveraging CRM systems to manage and track customer engagements. The position demands a proactive individual capable of delivering consistent performance, meeting monthly and quarterly targets, and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs within the East African market. Experience in selling technical products or industrial solutions will be a significant advantage, as the role requires translating complex product features into compelling value propositions.
In this role, the Sales Executive will also work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This involves providing feedback from the market, analyzing competitor strategies, and participating in promotional activities and sales campaigns. Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and confidence in closing deals are essential qualities for success. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
