Job Description:
This role is for a highly motivated Sales Engineer specializing in the Manufacturing industry, based in Mbeya, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant project lead generation, actively promoting full building solutions, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. Key duties include developing strong professional networks, ensuring superior client satisfaction, coordinating delivery follow-ups, and meticulously ensuring all sales activities comply with company credit, SAP, and reporting standards.
The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in either Civil or Structural Engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and commercial acumen. Required skills include excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting site assessments, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA and the flexibility to accommodate extended working hours are highly desirable assets for this challenging position.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is a must.
• Proven ability to drive project lead generation and consistently meet sales targets.
• Strong skills in developing professional industry networks and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Expertise in conducting site assessments and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with SAP S4 HANA is an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, decisive decisions.
• Experience in maintaining accurate project tracking to support timely order conversion.
