Africab Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead and oversee all technology-related operations within the organization. This full-time leadership role requires a strategic professional who can guide the IT department, maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks, and drive the company’s digital transformation agenda.

The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining all enterprise-wide IT systems, including networks, servers, software applications, cloud solutions, and hardware infrastructure. This position demands strong technical capability combined with leadership excellence, as the selected candidate will supervise IT staff, manage technology vendors, and ensure seamless daily operations. The role includes leading the development of IT policies, standard operating procedures, cybersecurity protocols, and long-term technology plans aligned with organizational goals.

A key part of the role involves implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard business operations against system outages and security threats. The IT Manager will also be responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments, coordinating cybersecurity audits, managing IT procurement, and ensuring compliance with global IT standards. Experience with virtualization, network management, ERP systems, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

The successful candidate should possess a strong background in system security management, IT project management, and budgeting for technology investments. Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee IT personnel and departmental operations.
• Expertise in network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN) and advanced system security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; plus virtualization technologies.
• Ability to design and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
• Proficiency in IT budgeting, procurement, and long-term technology strategy planning.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred (CISSP, CCNA, PMP, CISM, or equivalent).
• Skilled in hardware/software troubleshooting, server management, and ERP system support.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
• Age limit up to 40 years with the ability to join within 45 days.
