Africab Co. Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient CCTV Installation Engineer to join our growing team in Tanzania. This is a full-time, field-focused engineering role designed for a hands-on professional who can independently manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IP and analog camera technologies, with the ability to deliver secure, high-quality installation and ongoing operational support. The selected engineer will be responsible for executing detailed site surveys, planning and laying out low-voltage cabling, installing and aligning cameras, configuring NVR/DVR systems, and performing system testing to ensure optimal performance. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, resolving complex faults, and maintaining system uptime across multiple project locations. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external clients, ensuring all installations meet industry standards, site requirements, and security protocols. Candidates with experience in access control systems and integrated security solutions will be especially valued.

Job Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience in installing and commissioning CCTV surveillance systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of both IP and analog camera technologies, including configuration and network setup.
• Expertise in low-voltage cabling, wiring standards, conduit installation, and structured cabling practices.
• Proficiency in configuring NVR/DVR systems, VMS platforms, and related software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities for hardware, network, and system-level faults.
• Familiarity with access control systems, alarms, and integrated electronic security solutions.
• Ability to conduct detailed site surveys and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Knowledge of relevant safety guidelines, security protocols, and best practices within the surveillance industry.
• Valid technical certification or diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Age limit: Up to 40 years, with the ability to join within 45 days.
